Conveniently located on Pacific Highway South and not far from I-5, UW Medicine Primary Care at Kent/Des Moines offers appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day appointments. Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have been using this clinic now for about 5 years. We have always had a good experience with them. Never had a problem getting appointments; they even try to work us in to be seen quickly if we have an urgent problem. Once we arrive we have always been seen promptly, with 5 – 10 minutes wait at most. The receptionists are polite and friendly. The doctor is polite, friendly, patient, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I really don’t understand all the bad reviews. I would highly recommend this clinic.
